I was wondering, If any of you interested in making .hack fanart book? Or literature is fine too (like short fanfic)
It will be free downloadable compressed book.
Any artist or author could join, any media is accepted (but of course, there will be quality control) Guess there will be no time limit.

And if there are kind souls who printed the book, and send it to NamDai, in quest of pestering them to release localized version of Link and Versus to The World, it would be epic.

Why we do it? Because it's fun! And it's to show the world that .hack fandom exists, to do something different, and so on, whatever reason you have in your mind. But personally, I think it's like leaving a memoir, reminiscence so when we look back to the past and see this fanart e-book, we can think to ourselves: "Hey! I remember this series! Epic series ever!" and remember all the awesomeness this series had.
And this could be good idea to show NamDai that we, non-Japanese fans, still love .hack, and they should fulfill our demand to localize .hack!



So, you are interested to join? Let's set some rules-- _aaaaw
nah, it's only a few lines
No non-.hack crossover _{example: let's not having Haseo PK Sasuke, or Tokio feeds Agumon, kay? ^^}
No explicit content. That means no ecchi, yaoi or yuri (yeah that sucks, but let's keep it safe) however, girls hugging or boys hugging are allowed, as long as it's not too explicit.
OCs are OK! But should not get a better spotlight than official character in picture
Min. dpi used is 300 dpi. I'm still new in this kind of thing, if you are more experienced in making art book, please tell me!
since we're gonna make 'special' fanart book, let's keep our full drawing a secret before it's release WIP or teaser is ok to be displayed
Please no sketch or poorly scanned picture
If you wish to submit fanfiction, only oneshot allowed. It will be short story. And you know the rule (No explicit content whatsoever)
Make sure to 'sign' your work _{but don't watermark whole on it, it will reduce aesthetic feeling} like your name in the corner of illustration or something

We've discussed, the deadline is either mid August or 1st September.
EXTENDED! Because one-two of another, deadline is end of September.
